Our company is a professional manufacturer of silica gel tubes and rubber tubes and processor of various silica gel and rubber finished products. After several years' development, our company now has 4 processing workshops.

In the Extrusion Workshop we specialize in producing silica gel tubes, rubber tubes, bubble tubes, dual-color tubes, rubber-plastic tubes, PU tubes, TPE and TPV tubes materials. For abnormal pieces and products with different material, hardness, or color, our company provides comprehensive service of the entire process from mold design, mold processing, supporting design, color mixing, production, and performance test.

In the Mold Pressing and Sulfuration Workshop, we produce and process high-temperature resistant, pressure resistant, oil and shock resistant silica gel and rubber fittings, as well as various finished products. We provide supporting service for the electronics industry, various home appliances, electro-thermal devices, mechanical equipment, office equipment, daily commodities and toy industries. Specifically, we focus on producing soft, transparent, high-bounce and high-viscosity rubber products here.

In our Injection Workshop, we can produce rubber plastic toys and gifts. Productions, assembly, performance debugging and testing are all completed in-house.

The Mold Processing Center is for mold pick-up, silicon rubber mold pressing, mold injection, jig producing and testing, hand-making forming and mechanical processing.

All told, our main products include silica gel tubes, rubber tubes, bubble tubes, dual-color tubes, rubber-plastic tubes, PU tubes, TPE, TPU and PVC tube material, as well as various abnormal bars; rubber rings, waterproof rings, oil seals, dustproof tubes, foot pads, shockproof block and rubber mats, soft rubber pads, skid-proof pads, insole and shoulder pads; and we also produce mixed pieces and finished products of rubber and silica gel to customers' specifications; various soft gel rubber plastic toys, gifts, TPE/TPR, PU glue and silica gel novel products.

We have a silica gel and rubber extrusion production line, PU/TPE/TPV rubber extrusion production line, automatic computerized rubber sulfuration machine, glue melting machine, and a Taiwanese injection machine. Our company also has a CNC milling machine, lathe, sharpening machine, grinding machine, and spark machine.

Main testing equipment includes pull force tester, thermal air aging testing chamber, high temperature testing chamber, projection meter, percentage thickness gauge, Shore hardness gauge, reading microscope and others. Our company has been long focusing on product development, technology updating, product quality control and assurance. In order to continuously present new products for customers, our company has also set up a product R&D Department.
